Scriber Lake High
School Mission
Scriber Lake High School is for students who are able and willing to earn a high school diploma and want a more hands-on, experiential setting. Scriber Lake is a school of choice, meaning that students must apply and be accepted in order to attend. Students attending Scriber earn an Edmonds School District diploma. State and district curriculum is used in preparing our students for a successful future. Small class sizes enable teachers to give more one-on-one attention to each student.

About our Building
Opened: 1967, as Woodway High School (now called Old Woodway Campus)
Square footage: 148,740
We are proud that our school facility is both shared with multiple District programs, such as Edmonds Heights K-12, VOICE and Work Experiences and is used extensively by our community for meetings, events and youth activities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to advocate for each and every student by providing learning environments that embrace their cultural and linguistic diversity as an asset that will prepare them for success as lifelong learners and responsible world citizens.
Invitation to Participate
We embrace reciprocal partnerships with our families to meet them where they are and honor and respect their cultural and lived experiences. One of our strategic goals is to communicate and partner with families and community members so they understand their role in supporting the students in our district.
